The power and influence of the three muslin empires (Mughal, Ottoman, and Safavid) did not last long. After the 17th century, all three substantially declined and none of them was able to conduct overseas expansion. What fundamental/common reasons (not individual reason for each empire) led to the decline of all three empires? Which one are you think the most important?
