Previous studies in human and different mammals have proved that the embryo group culture (in the same culture medium drop) using a reduced volume is associated with a better embryo development. This is due to the effect of different autocrine and paracrine factors secreted by the embryos. Besides, previous studies with embryos from human and other mammals have shown that a high oxygen concentration may have a negative effect on embryo quality due to the generation of reactive oxygen species, which cause oxidative stress. The embryo culture at low oxygen tension is correlated to better success rates in IVF/ICSI treatments.
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the combined effect of the embryo group culture and the low oxygen tension on the embryo development and the results of the IVF/ICSI treatments. The specific goal is to compare single embryo culture v/s group culture.
Nursing Research Critique
Article will be provided.
Begin your paper with a 1-2 paragraph synopsis of the article.

CAUTI Catheter-Associated Urinary Tract Infections
Directions as follows:
The Field Experience course represents a significant milestone toward completion of your MSN degree. For this assessment, you will design and develop a project prospectus in which you propose an evidenced-based practice change, quality improvement, or innovation that demonstrates the synthesis of WGU graduate competencies. This project is not primary research, but should focus on scholarly evidence in support of practice improvements, innovation, or general practice change. It will not require an institutional review board (IRB) approval. You will be required to conduct a comprehensive literature review that defines the evidence in support of your project. The literature review represents a collection of primary research studies that have already been conducted and that provide guidance for best practices. Once your prospectus is complete, you will create a professional presentation that outlines your project prospectus, and then present it to your stakeholder group and preceptor. Upon successful completion of this assessment, you will progress to Task 2 of the Field Experience.
Before you start your proposal, you will first need to secure organizational approval for your capstone project and obtain a letter of agreement from your preceptor. In Task 1, you will be required to develop a capstone proposal that describes your problem and proposed solution. You will not be permitted to begin the implementation of your project until the project has been approved by WGU.
Requirements
A. Submit a signed approval letter from the organization where your project will be conducted using the attached “Organizational Approval Letter Template.”
B. Submit a signed copy of the attached “Preceptor Agreement.”
C. Summarize your proposal by doing the following:
1. Identify the problem.
2. Describe why the problem you have identified requires a practice change, quality improvement, or innovation.
3. Explain the causes of the problem.
4. Identify the stakeholders.
a. Discuss each stakeholder’s interest, power, and influence in relation to the project.
D. Explain the purpose of your project.
E. Explain your proposed solution for your project.
F. Provide an evidence summary to support your proposed change.
1. Provide a reference list for your evidence summary in APA format that includes a minimum of five scholarly, peer-reviewed sources that were published within the last five years.
G. Explain your proposed implementation plan, which includes the following:
1. Plan of action
2. Timeline
3. Needed resources and personnel
4. Proposed change theory
5. Barriers to implementation
H. When you use sources, include all in-text citations and references in APA format.
Note: For definitions of terms commonly used in the rubric, see the Rubric Terms web link included in the Evaluation Procedures section.
INACTIVITY AND OBESITY
Review the article “Physical activity and sedentary activity patterns among children and adolescents: A latent class analysis approach” for this assignment.
As individuals and families spend more time in front of televisions, playing video games, surfing the internet, etc., incidence and prevalence rates of overweight and obese people in throughout the world increase. Based on the article, describe family, community, and school level strategies you would use in planning an obesity prevention program.
Assignment Expectations
The following items in particular will be assessed:
1.Identify two specific strategies (family, community, or school level) you would use to plan an obesity prevention program. Include evidence-based information as to why you believe these strategies will be the best ones to use.
2.In your opinion, when should obesity prevention start? What should be the ideal age to start obesity prevention, knowing that lifestyle has a great impact on whether individuals will become obese?
3.Provide empirical evidence to support your position as to when obesity prevention should start. Make sure to cite your sources.
Contemporary Ethics
Answer the following essay questions. Each response should be approximately 750 words in length (about three typed pages, double-spaced) and should reflect your reading of the assigned materials and your listening to the audiotape or viewing of the video program (as applicable). Mastery of the principles on which your response is based must be evident by your indication of which principle you are using and why you have selected this principle to support your response.
Essay Questions
1.Is there a contradiction between our demand that our children be honest and moral persons and our demand that they be successful? Present the argument that there is a contradiction, and see if you can answer it.
2.Does one who kills another “deserve” to die? Why or why not? Are there circumstances that would change your answer? Make two lists (perhaps using a table with two columns). In one column, list the circumstances in which a killer would deserve to die; in the other, list circumstances in which a killer would NOT deserve to die. Now analyze factors that set the two lists apart, such as:
•Qualities of the killer?
•Previous circumstances or actions of the victim?
•Qualities of the victim?
•Qualities of the intention behind the act?
•Features of the society in which the killing takes place?
•Calculations of the likely consequences of assigning that particular penalty to that kind of act?
•What does the exercise tell you about your tendency to rely on deontological or utilitarian reasoning? What does it tell you about your sense of the sacredness of human life?
